・複数アイテムを合わせて何点ご購入いただいても一度のご購入で送料は一件分となります。

・ご注文は、EMSにて3〜5営業日以内に発送します。
・通常、ご注文の商品が発送されてからお届けまでに5～14日かかります。
・配送先の国や地域で発生する関税についてはお客様負担となります。
・配送中の破損・盗難・紛失に関しては弊社では一切の責任を負いかねます。
・配送会社の配達状況によって商品到着が遅延する場合がございます。

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
* If the hat is a size order (S/O), the hat is made after your initial order is placed. Therefore, we ask customers for 45 days for the hat to be made.
NOTE: these are estimated wait times and are subject to change. Please allow an extra week or two if needed.
If your order was placed during a sale, re-stocking period or holiday period, please allow an additional 3-10 business days for processing.
You'll be notified if merchandise is currently unavailable and when we expect to be able to ship.
Note: If you order more than one item and we are backordered on part of your order, we cannot afford to make multiple shipments for one shipping charge. You will have the option of waiting until we can ship your complete order or being assessed an international shipping charge for each part of your order that you wish shipped.

EMS is the fastest international mail service for sending up to 30kg of documents and merchandise simply and conveniently to over 120 countries and territories worldwide.

-DHL (Expedited Shipping)
DHL is the fastest and most efficient shipping option we currently offer.
DHL orders arrive within 5-10 business days once dispatched (depending on the destination).
If time is a factor, please select an expedited shipping option in order to receive your hat(s) sooner.
Please note that the cost of shipping hats around the world is ever increasing. At this point, little more can be done to lower rates.
DELIVERY TIMES
All orders are currently being dispatched and delivered BUT most countries are experiencing customs delay due to Covid-19.
Please understand that we are not responsible for any delays involved with domestic or any international postal service.
Please note that you may receive your order within 5-14 business days from the day we ship it.
Keep in mind that these are ESTIMATED shipping times and do not consider any unforeseeable delays.
Please note that we have no control over Transit Time: the amount of time it takes your order to leave our
distribution center and arrive at the local delivery courier.

TAX AND DUTY
Please understand that we do not know the laws in every country regarding taxes and duty for each and every hat material that we sell. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay such duty and taxes (if applicable).
Shipping costs do not include duty taxes.
Once the package is outside of Japan, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact local delivery courier if and when package does not arrive to destination. We are not responsible for any return shipping made by your local courier.
(Example: Local courier made a delivery but the customer failed to receive the parcel for any reasons and was returned by your local delivery courier to our shop in Japan.)
We do not provide estimates of any duty, VAT, taxes, or clearance charges that may be applicable outside of Japan as these are specific to each destination country.
Customers are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the import requirements of the destination country.
You may want to research this before placing an order.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
After you have "Submitted Your Order",
A copy of your Order Confirmation will be emailed to you.
Print your order confirmation and save it for your records.
We will personally send you an e-mail to let you know the status of your order, and when you can expect shipment.
