This model expresses authentic American hat designs in a straw hat suitable for spring and summer.
We chose viscose, a recycled fiber, as the material.
Viscose is characterized by its lightweight nature and tear resistance.
The specifications include a teardrop-shaped crown with a diameter of 11 cm.
The brim will be 7.5cm, the ribbon width 3.8cm, and the piping 2.5cm.

A standard design that suits any style, making it a staple hat for spring and summer.

This story takes place in the year 1926, in the midst of Prohibition, where a nationwide constitutional ban was being enforced on the production, importation, transportation, and sale of alcohol beverages in the United States. New York City was no exception.

The Prohibition Era has captured the attention of many with its tales of bootleggers, gangsters and speakeasies. Just imagine how many stories have gone untold!

Like the tale of one “J.J. WILLIAMS BOSS” of “J.J. WILLIAMS HAT COMPANY&CO.” better known as “Mr. FATMAN”.

Mr. FATMAN and his partner in crime, an English Bulldog named Joe, lived comfortably in a five-star hotel located on Fifth Avenue.

With impeccable craftsmanship and a knack for business, Williams quickly became one of New York’s most coveted Hatters with clients including an array of New York’s most extravagant socialites, celebrities, politicians, masterful novelists, notorious gagsters, and infamous mafias.

However, Williams’ fame and fortune came with a price.

When you show yourself in the world and display your talents, you naturally stir up all kinds of resentment, envy and other manifestations of insecurity. That is to be expected. So, it is no surprise that Williams had countless enemies amongst “friends”.
