1.It starts with purchasing this order ticket and giving it as a present to your loved one.

2.The person who received the gift will come to our store and we will ask about the color, shape, ribbon color, brim length, etc. based on the material listed on the ticket, and finally, we will measure the size.

3.It will take approximately 2 to 3 months to complete (this will vary depending on the situation).

4.After completion, pick it up by mail or visit our store.

Gift Vouchers Terms & Conditions

*Gift Voucher only valid at THE FAT HATTER TOKYO, THE FAT HATTER OKINAWA (VISTA CLUB).

* Gift Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Please handle with care.

*Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please refer to the date of purchase.

*Gift Vouchers can only be used in a single transaction and should not be exchanged for an existing hat sold at our stores; and cannot be exchanged for cash or resold. No change or refund will be given.

*You do not need an appointment when ordering your hat using this certificate. Please visit THE FAT HATTER location that is convenient for you to use in person.  Gift Vouchers cannot be used in a transaction by telephone, email or on our web store.

*The hat material available for use should be indicated on the Gift Voucher (Rabbit, Beaver, etc.).

*This Gift Voucher permits customers to choose the color of the material, color of the ribbon, bounding the edge of the hat or keeping it raw, color of the inner sweat band. If you wish to make additional changes and your purchase exceeds the value of the Gift Voucher, we will ask you to pay an additional fee.

*Customers may choose the shape of his/her hat from our collection of hat blocks.

*Hat sizes from 55cm to 62cm is available.

*Custom Order hats are made after your initial order is placed. Therefore, we ask customers for 60days for the hat to be made. These are estimated wait times and are subject to change.

*Please discuss your custom order hat thoroughly with our staff during the design process. Once the design is final, no changes can be made during the creating process of your custom order hat. In event of any dispute, the decision of THE FAT HATTER is final.

*All orders are final and once the hat is made, cannot be remade. No returns or exchanges are to be made.

*THE FAT HATTER reserves the right to cancel a gift voucher if we deem such action necessary. The gift voucher remains our property.

*THE FAT HATTER reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
