店頭にて素材からお選びして作って頂く、フルオーダーでしたらお客様が思い描くハットを製作することが可能です。

Using THE FAT HATTER original wooden pattern,
Panama hats are made one by one in our atelier.
Based on grade 3 rank Panama (Tokiya grass) from Ecuador,
A design that we arrived at by pursuing an unchanging style that our store believes will not change over time.
The crown is a flowing, streamlined teardrop shape.
It is characterized by a boldly gouged pinch.
The top has a teardrop shape, which was difficult to reproduce with a Panama hat, but was made possible by making it from a wooden pattern.
It has a slightly deeper finish that is comfortable to wear.
The brim is also set slightly wider to match the crown,
This hat has a strong presence.
The ribbon is 38mm dress ribbon,
Bound edge (piping) is applied to the brim edge,
A masterpiece that can be used for both dress and casual wear.
About PANAMA HAT GRADE:
Genuine Panama hats are known for their lightness, durability, flexibility and comfort.
The quality of a Panama hat is measured by the tightness of the mesh.
The amount of straw fibers woven in one square inch is called grade and it identifies the quality of the hat.
The higher the grade, the higher the quality of the hat.
CROW PANAMA GRADE3 uses grade 3 stitches with a natural texture.
The appearance is somewhat casual and gives a somewhat rustic impression.
