HOW TO SHOP

Shopping is made easy at THE FAT HATTER. First select “SHOP NOW” or shop by clicking “FUR FELT HATS”, available on the top menu on the left-hand corner, then select the category of hats you wish to browse (BEAVER FUR FELT, FUR FELT HAT, RABBIT FUR FELT, etc.). To request a larger image or more information on the product you can click on the image or the product title.

SHOPPING ONLINE

• To add an item: from a product page, select the options and click the “ADD TO CART” button.
• Review and Edit Selections: You may review and edit your orders directly by clicking the "VIEW CART" menu, or by clicking the cart image on the top right corner of the header.
• To resume shopping: Simply click the “CONTINUE BROWSING” button to return to the previous page.
• To change the quantity: Once a product is added to the cart simply update the "Quantity" field in the cart and the subtotal will be recalculated. To remove an item: enter "0" in the item "Quantity." field.
• When you are ready to check out, simply click the “CHECK OUT” button to continue to shipping options.
• Select your shipping options: To select your form of shipping click the desired shipping option from the options presented. Please select the Country or Region in which you would like your product to be delivered. Complete the form by entering your personal information. Continue by clicking “CONTINUE TO PAYMENT”.
• Select your payment method: Select the form of payment you wish to use (CREDIT CARD, PAYPAL).
• Billing Address: If your shipping address is different from your billing address, check the box “USE A DIFFERENT BILLING ADDRESS” (Use a separate shipping address)
•  Complete the checkout process: Press “PAY NOW” to complete and finalize your order.
• After you have "Submitted Your Order", 
  A copy of your Order Confirmation will be emailed to you. 
  Print your order confirmation and save it for your records. 
  We will personally send you an e-mail to let you know the status of your order, and when you can expect shipment.
