* If the hat is a size order (S/O), the hat is made after your initial order is placed.

-NIGHT BIRD-

NIGHTBIRD is immaculately crafted using luxurious 100X fur felt,
giving it it’s beautiful sheen and unbeatable softness.
 This material is dense, durable, and water repellent.
 Because a fine beaver and beaver blend fur felt hat can be
re-worked and shaped numerous times,
this fine hat will be sure to last a lifetime of wear.
Using traditional techniques, the hat-body is pressed and steamed over our original wooden (hat) block. The tear drop shapped crown is then hand-shaped with extreme precision.

NIGHTBIRD is garnished with 50mm double wingback ribbon, topped with a wind catcher. 
To protect the felt from sweat and grease from your head, the interior of the hat  includes our original leather sweatband that provide both comfort and style.
