What is HAT ORDER TICKET?
If you have this ticket, you can accept hat orders that are only accepted at the flagship store.

You can choose from a variety of materials such as wool, rabbit, and beaver.
WOOL FELT has a limited shape. For those who want to create original shapes, we recommend using RABIT FELT or higher materials.

* When purchasing an order ticket, please read the following notes carefully and be careful not to make a mistake.

*This ticket can only be used at THE FAT HATTER TOKYO / THE FAT HATTER VISTA CLUB operated by gimixed Co., Ltd.
*This ticket will not be reissued under any circumstances (lost, destroyed by fire, damaged, etc.). Please be careful about management.
*This ticket does not have an expiration date.
*This voucher cannot be exchanged for cash. Also, please note that it cannot be cashed at large ticket shops.
* This ticket is a ticket for custom-made hat production, and cannot be exchanged for products.
* The design of the custom-made hat with this ticket is the flow to come to our store and decide the design with our store employees. Phone and web correspondence is not possible.
* You cannot choose materials other than those listed on the surface.
* Regarding the design, it will be the design up to the main body, ribbon, piping, and sliding (inner tape). Otherwise, a separate charge will be applied.
* You can choose the shape of your hat from among the wooden molds we have. Please understand that we may not be able to meet your request.
* The size can be made from 55cm to 62cm.
* It takes about 1 month from design decision to delivery. We will inform you about the production schedule when the design is decided.
* We cannot accept any returns due to customer convenience, such as when the design is decided and the product is different from the image at the time of handing over, or the customer has changed his/her mind. It can't be recreated.
